What counts as 'one request'?

A discrete unit of work — one automation, one agent, one dashboard, one integration. Examples: 'sync new Stripe customers to HubSpot', 'nightly invoice reminder agent', 'lead scoring dashboard'. If a request is huge (e.g. a full internal CRM), we'll break it into smaller ones together so you keep getting deliveries every few days instead of waiting weeks.

Is there an annual plan?

How fast is delivery?

Most requests ship in 2-4 business days. Bigger builds (custom internal tools) take longer but we'll always tell you up front.

Are you locked to a specific platform or tool?

No. We build custom AI and automation — purpose-built for your business in code (Node, Python, Postgres, OpenAI, Anthropic, your stack). You're not locked into anyone else's pricing, limits, or roadmap, and you own everything we ship.

How is the AI receptionist trained on our company?

We feed it your real source material — service catalogue, pricing rules, FAQs, common objections, opening hours, scripts, even past call transcripts if you have them. It answers in your brand voice, knows what to say (and what not to), and qualifies callers against your actual criteria. We tune it with you in the first week and you can update its knowledge anytime.

Do I own what you build? (IP)

100%. Code lives in your repo, automations in your accounts, agents on your API keys. We assign all IP to you on delivery — no licensing fees, no usage caps, no 'powered by Mae' lock-in. If you cancel tomorrow, you keep every line of code and every workflow we shipped.

Can I pause? What's the policy?

Pause anytime, for any reason — vacation, slow month, budget freeze. We stop the meter immediately and freeze your active request where it is. Resume in one click and we pick up exactly where we left off. No minimum pause, no maximum pause, no penalty. (Cancellation works the same way: cancel today, keep access until period end.)

What if I'm not sure my request fits?

Submit it. We'll confirm scope before we start. If it doesn't fit, we'll tell you why and suggest an approach that does.

Do you do support after delivery?

Yes. Free fixes if anything we built breaks. New features count as a new request.
