The pain: Account managers were losing 4–6 hours a week each chasing project status across Slack, Notion, and Asana — and clients were getting inconsistent updates.
What we shipped: An AI status agent that ingests Asana + Slack activity nightly, drafts a per-client weekly update in the AM voice, and posts it for review before sending Friday at 4pm.
