Refund Policy

The short version
Because work is performed on demand the moment you submit a request, we don't offer refunds for partial billing periods. Instead, you can pause or cancel anytime and we'll stop the next renewal.
Cancel
Cancel from your portal at any time. You keep full access — including any in-flight request — until the end of the current period. Nothing renews after that.
Pause
Pause stops the meter immediately and freezes your active request where it is. When you resume, your billing day shifts forward by the pause length and we pick up exactly where we left off.
Exceptions
If you were charged in error (e.g. a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation), email us from your account address and we'll refund it within 5 business days.
Annual plans
Annual plans are billed up-front and are non-refundable for unused months. You can still pause or cancel — your access continues until the end of the prepaid year.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under your local law.
