What we collect

Account data (name, email, company), billing data handled by our payment processor, request content you submit (briefs, attachments, messages), and standard product telemetry (page views, error logs, IP, user agent) needed to operate the service.

Why we use it

To deliver your requests, run your subscription, send you product and transactional emails, prevent abuse, debug issues, and improve the service. We don't sell your data.

Sub-processors

We use a small number of vendors to run Mae, including: our cloud platform & database, our email provider, our payment processor, and our AI model providers. They only receive what they need to do their job and are bound by their own data-protection terms.

AI processing

When we use AI models on your data to deliver a request, we route through providers that contractually do not train on your inputs.

Retention

We keep account and request data while your subscription is active and for up to 24 months after cancellation, then delete or anonymize it. You can request deletion sooner — see below.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Email us from your account address to make a request. If you're in the EU/UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

Cookies

We use a small set of first-party cookies for authentication and to remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
